Delivery Policy

 

Orders are normally shipped within 10 working days of being placed and, in Australia, are carried by the Australian Post Office.

Delays may be experienced if there are problems with payment or goods are out of stock in which eventuality Team Ingwe will contact the purchaser to discuss and organise a new despatch date.

We do NOT have a minimum order policy, but we would caution prospective customers in regard to Shipping and Handling costs, which are almost entirely set by Australia Post.

Shipping costs will be clearly shown at Check Out.
