Refund Policy

Should your purchased product malfunction it may be returned to Team Ingwe and be replaced by a new one without penalty.

The Purchaser must notify Team Ingwe by e-mail of the intention to return faulty merchandise -PRIOR to despatch.

A Return Authority Number will be issued by Team Ingwe and this number MUST accompany the product and must be clearly marked on the return address label.

Shipment costs to Team Ingwe must be borne by the purchaser and the shipment date on the documentation must be within 12 months of the original purchase date from Team Ingwe.
